Software Purchases

Syd is licensed software. Buying a paid edition gives you the licence tier described at checkout and on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Where the site marks a feature or module as Coming Soon, that means it is part of the roadmap and not guaranteed in the current build you download today.

Paid binaries, update packs, and licence handling are delivered digitally unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery and Fulfilment

Digital orders are fulfilled by email after payment has been checked and the licence or download package is prepared.

USB installer orders are physical products. We will confirm dispatch timing, delivery address, and any delivery cost by email before fulfilment where those details are not already clear at checkout.

If a delivery address is incomplete or appears incorrect, fulfilment may be paused until we can confirm the details with you.

Authorised Use

Syd is for authorised security work only. You must only use it against systems you own or have explicit permission to test.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, contracts, and internal security policies when using the software.

Consulting Services

Consulting work is scoped separately. A discovery call or enquiry through this site does not by itself create a paid engagement.

Any consulting work, delivery dates, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Refunds and Support

If there is a problem with your order, contact info@sydsec.co.uk. We will review issues case by case and fix genuine fulfilment problems.

Digital products and licence keys may be non-refundable once supplied if you asked us to begin fulfilment immediately, except where required by law or where the product is faulty or not as described.

Physical USB products can be reviewed under applicable distance-selling and consumer rights rules. You are responsible for returning unwanted physical goods in their original condition unless the product is faulty.

Support levels for each licence tier are those listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy and Cookies

This site does not use analytics tracking. Forms use a necessary session cookie for CSRF protection and confirmation messages.
